Using our store

We aim to describe products and show their colours accurately. Screen settings can affect how colours appear. If you receive a different colour from the colour ordered, please follow our exchange policy. Product availability may change.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees (INR). Customers should review the order total, applicable taxes and charges before confirming a purchase. Shipping is free on all orders within India. Available online payment options and the order total are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Orders and changes

Keep your order confirmation for reference. If a product becomes unavailable or we identify an order or pricing error, we will contact you before proceeding with a revised order. If we cannot fulfil an order for which payment has been received, the payment will be refunded. For a cancellation or address change, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible once dispatch has taken place.

Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 4–5 days of order confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and remain subject to courier serviceability and delays. Please refer to the Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns and Exchanges

Return requests for incorrect, broken or damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are also available for items delivered in a colour different from the order, subject to stock availability. Items must be retained as received, with their original packaging. All requests are subject to the Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Our branding and website content must not be copied or used without permission, except as permitted by law. Third-party websites or services linked from this store operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
